How much does an HOA website cost?
With MyHOA.site you pay one flat monthly price for the whole community: Starter $45, Community $68 and Pro $117. You get 1 month free when you pay every 6 months and 3 months free when you pay yearly. Optional White-Glove Setup, where we set everything up for you, is a one-time $456.
Is the price per home?
No. Plans are sized by community (Starter up to 100 homes, Community up to 400 homes and Pro any number of homes), but you're never charged per home: one flat price covers every homeowner.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can send an email, you can run your site. Or choose White-Glove Setup and we'll set it up for you.
Can only homeowners see private documents?
Yes. You approve each member, and every document can be public, owners-only or board-only.
Does our HOA need a website?
It depends on your state and your community's size. Florida, for example, requires many HOAs and condominium associations to post official records on a website or app with an owners-only section. Even where it isn't required, a website answers homeowners' questions around the clock and keeps the board's records in one place.
Can HOAs vote online?
Often, yes, but it depends on your state's law and your governing documents. Some states require the board to adopt a rule first, or each owner to agree to vote electronically. Check with your association's attorney before your first online election.
Is online voting secure?
Each home gets one ballot per vote: the board approves every member and their home address, and a second ballot from the same home is refused. Ballots are secret: the board sees which homes voted and when, never how they voted. Once the first ballot is in, the question and choices are locked and the vote can't be deleted, so the result stands on the record. Online voting is included with Community and Pro.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Every site gets a free yourname.free-hoa.website address. Your own domain (like oakridgehoa.org) is included with Pro, and is a $5/month add-on with Starter and Community.
